Expressions Of Interest For Music Tutors/Teachers
Expressions of interest are sought from musicians interested in joining our team and providing excellence in musical education.
Key qualities required include musical ability and desire to share knowledge, teaching experience, reliability, flexibility, self motivation, knowledge of AMEB and other syllabi, knowledge of musical theory, an engaging personality, joy in music-making (even with beginners), and passion for musical pedagogy.
The ability to teach more than one instrument would be highly desirable, but not essential.
As we are hoping to expand our instrument offerings, teachers of the following are also encouraged to submit an expression of interest.
- Violin Teacher
- Guitar Teacher
- Piano Teacher
- Drum Teacher
- Voice Teacher
As we are also developing an early childhood music program, we are especially seeking those with experience in providing musical programs for children, including those with special needs.
